Why's there water in your new dryer?

When you get a wet dryer, it means it's been tested. The supplier of the appliance runs a test with every dryer. This way, they're sure the appliance works well and you get a working appliance. Is the dryer completely dry when you receive it? That's okay. These dryers have also been tested. The remaining moisture already dried up.
