Built-in induction cooktops
A built-in induction cooktop is energy-efficient and heats up in seconds. It's heated by a magnetic field. The cooktop doesn't heat up, but the pan itself does. If it's switched on but there's no pan on it, nothing happens. That's safe when you have small children running around. The built-in induction cooktop is also easy to clean: stains don't burn in, because the area outside of the circles isn't heated.
