Frying pans come in different sizes. An L deep fryer is suitable for up to 3 portions of fries, while you can fry up to 6 portions of fries or more in an XLL deep fryer. There's also double deep fryers to make fries and snacks at the same time. An odor filter blocks part of the frying odors, so your house won't smell too bad. If the fryer has a grease filter, you can keep the grease 'fresh', so you won't have to change it as often.
