With an AEG steam oven, you can choose from 4 different steaming levels to prepare your dishes. Use SteamBake and SteamCrisp for a crispy crust on your pizzas, casseroles, and dough. The oven will add steam at the start of the baking process. The oven will use hot air for the remainder of the process. With SteamBoost and ProSteam, the oven will use steam for the entire baking process, so you can also steam vegetables and fish. ProSteam also gives you the option of preparing sous-vide meals. This means you cook your fish, meat, or vegetables in a vacuum-sealed bag, perfectly retaining the taste and vitamins.
