I have been looking for this Yoga Slim 7 for a long time, which was already announced in January of this year but has only recently become available. I was looking for a premium looking laptop with a discrete graphics card and sufficient battery life. This was actually the perfect laptop, but I hesitated for a long time before purchasing as I heard stories about poor quality control from Lenovo with the Yoga series. 2 weeks ago I bought the Intel i5 - 10300H version elsewhere as it is not available at Coolblue. Overall, this is a good laptop that does have its shortcomings. Hopefully this review will help you make the choice for this laptop.

Housing: The housing is very nicely finished and also feels very sturdy. It is a full aluminum housing with few fingerprints to be seen. I also like the dark gray color.
Connections: In terms of connections, you don't have to miss anything with this laptop. The only connection that may be missing is an Ethernet connection, although with Wifi 6 you don't have to worry about slow internet.
Keyboard and touch pad: The keyboard types well, it lies a bit between the keyboards of the more expensive Thinkpads and the cheaper Ideapads. It is good to use for typing long Word documents. The touchpad is of a somewhat lesser quality, certainly not bad, but not as expected. It contains a glass surface with Windows Precision drivers where the "mouse clicks" feel a bit unstable.

There is a sort of haze over the image that makes it look out of focus. The cool sensor also does not work well. The function to blur the environment around me does not work, so this sensor is actually superfluous. Signing in with Windows Hello, on the other hand, works well, so far you have always been recognized the first time.
