Yesterday I received this laptop. It came in a neat box with nothing more than a simple booklet and the charger. No unnecessary side issues.
It was immediately noticeable that the design is beautiful in simplicity. The keys are milled into a metal plate, which I personally like very much. This only makes it more visible that a single key is a bit skewed in it. Nevertheless all working well. The space had to be pressed for a while until it gave a small click and then it was tight on both sides. The screen is surrounded by black plastic with a light structure. That also looks a bit more luxurious and gives a nice effect. The keys are silver, which makes them disappear nicely in the silver-coloured metal plate. The letters on it are thin and also fairly light gray. This makes them difficult to read and makes the lack of a backlit keyboard somewhat difficult. However, it came naturally.
Then turn on the laptop for installation. No light comes on as confirmation that it actually turns on. That's just as strange. Then an error message first appeared and the laptop had to reboot. After that it went smoothly and this has not happened again.
The laptop boots up quickly and makes multitasking within browser, mail and, for example, office programs no problem. The touchpad is somewhat shortened in height but works very well.
The battery should last quite a while. I haven't been able to test it full time yet so I'm curious The speakers are standard speakers, but placed on top above the keys so that the sound comes at you nicely. The sound is also fine for a standard speaker.
The laptop is very quiet for basic tasks. However, after the installation it started to make a good noise while no programs were running. I can imagine that this will also happen with heavier loads.
