The Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max is a super fast smartphone that I use to take beautiful photos. Thanks to the new telephoto lens, I can zoom in 5 times, while my photo remains razor sharp. This allows me to take the most beautiful photos when traveling, for example.
Titanium housing and fast processor
The iPhone 15 Pro Max has a titanium casing with a matte finish. I have the color Natural Titanium and I think this is a chic color. For the first time, Apple is giving the iPhones a USB-C port. This means you can no longer use your old iPhone cables, but the iPhone now has the same port as many other electronic devices. Thanks to the A17 Pro chip, apps open very quickly. I also play games on my smartphone without any problems.
Improved zoom lens
The Pro models in the iPhone series always have an extra lens that allows you to zoom in without loss of quality. This is still the case, but with the Pro Max you can zoom in 5 times for the first time. This allows you to get subjects a lot closer than before. I was on holiday in New York and I photographed the Statue of Liberty in razor-sharp detail. The photos I take with the standard lens are sharp, even if you then zoom in on the photo. For example, you can crop your photo afterwards, without sacrificing quality.
The action button on the side
Where the 'silence button' used to be, there is now an action button. I set this action button to my liking, for example turning on the flashlight or opening Spotify. I now put the iPhone on silent using the menu. I'm fine with this because I almost always have my smartphone on silent mode. If you often use the silence button, simply set the action button for that task.
Big screen
I initially thought the 6.7 inch screen of the 15 Pro Max was quite large. I have always had a smaller iPhone model. Now that I have been using the Pro Max for a while, I actually prefer the large size. The size gives me more screen space, which means I scroll less, for example. The larger screen is also very pleasant when I watch a series on the train. However, I find it less easy to operate the iPhone, especially with one hand. I have fairly large hands, but if you have small hands then a small size is better.
