I installed the laptop less than a week ago and in the meantime I have already had a black screen 3 times when switching the device back on (both after sleep mode and after shutting down). This could only be solved by pressing the on/off button for 15 seconds, waiting at least 10 seconds and then switching it back on. I have no idea how this happens but it is very annoying.
