Very good laptop. Although a bit on the heavy side, that is to be expected from a 16-inch MacBook Pro. The battery easily lasts all day with normal use, making it extremely suitable for taking along (on trips).

The M5 Pro chip handles (heavy) tasks, such as photo editing, with ease and feels very smooth.

The laptop itself is, of course, fantastic. I was already working with an Apple MacBook before this, and I had initially ordered a MacBook Pro because that is what I was used to. However, in the store, I was asked why I had chosen a Pro. After a good conversation, the employee explained that the current Pro models have changed quite a bit and that a MacBook Air would probably be a much better choice in my situation.

I received incredibly good assistance. The employee was friendly, took their time, really thought along with me, and gave honest advice instead of simply selling me what I had ordered. That instilled a lot of confidence.

Unfortunately, the model I ultimately wanted was not immediately in stock. I could have ordered it faster elsewhere, but due to the excellent service, the pleasant guidance regarding the return of the MacBook Pro, and the honest advice about the Air, I consciously waited until it was available again at your store. Subsequently, I ordered it from you after all.

That really says it all: not because of the price or the delivery time, but because of the service. That was truly top-notch and deserves a compliment. Thank you!
