Philips EVNIA 32M2N8900P/00 OLED

I received this monitor to test, and my experience with it has been very positive. What I particularly like is that it is absolutely not a monitor I only use for gaming. I spend a lot of time at the computer for work, and the Philips Evnia 32M2N8900P is very pleasant for that as well.

Thanks to the high resolution, everything is incredibly sharp. I notice this particularly well with text, spreadsheets, websites, and other programs. I came from a QHD monitor, and the difference in sharpness is greater than I had expected beforehand. A lot fits on the screen, and small text remains clearly legible.

A feature I use frequently while working is LowBlue Mode. On days when I look at my monitor for hours on end, I find a calmer image very pleasant. I use this mode regularly, especially later in the day or in the evening.

After work, I use the same monitor for gaming, and that is when the other strong points really come to the fore. The colors are beautiful, black is displayed as truly deep black, and fast movements look incredibly fluid. Compared to my previous QHD 144Hz monitor, this is truly a different experience.

What I also find very successful is the appearance. The white color fits my interior very well and makes the monitor look less like a typical gaming monitor. As a result, in my opinion, it looks just as good in a neat workspace as in a gaming setup.

If, like me, you are looking for a single monitor for long workdays and gaming in the evenings, I find this to be a very strong combination.

The Philips 32M2N8900P monitor is a versatile device with various features, including hub functionality. The screen has an impressive resolution of 3840x2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 144Hz, ensuring an exceptionally bright and sharp image. The monitor is equipped with various video connections, such as USB-C, DisplayPort, and HDMI, for flexible connectivity.

The Philips Ambiglow feature, which provides backlighting, contributes to a pleasant viewing experience. Although the monitor's layout is good, some find the relatively wide bezels less aesthetically pleasing. A major advantage for many users is the tiltable screen and flexible height adjustment, allowing you to position the monitor comfortably.

The hub functionality offers many possibilities, including a USB-C connection with charging capabilities. However, the size of the monitor makes access to the hub less convenient. To remove or add cables, you must move the monitor from its place.

The screen can only be used horizontally. The standard monitor stand is quite large, making this screen less suitable for a compact workspace. Fortunately, you can mount the monitor to the wall with the included wall plate to save space.

I already have Philips equipment in other rooms, as well as a TV that I am very pleased with. Because I saw how good OLED looks at friends' houses, I wanted one too, and eventually, I bought this model. I am very satisfied with it! :) Of course, the price was a bit disappointing, but you definitely get value for money. I think the screen looks good, it is easy to set up, and the picture quality is fantastic with 4K resolution and a maximum refresh rate of 240Hz. Colors and contrast exceed all my expectations. In videos and games, HDR provides beautiful light accents. This ensures a fantastic gaming experience during my free time. I don't want anything else for my games anymore!
