With the SMEG ECF01CREU Cream + Coffee Grinder, you get a stylish piston machine and bean grinder which you can use to make fresh coffee right away. The bean grinder grinds the beans at 450RPM. You decide how finely or coarsely you grind the beans with the 30 settings and for how many cups you need coffee. Fill the piston machine with freshly ground coffee and determine the temperature of the espresso. By setting the water temperature yourself, you can be sure the coffee won't burn and you'll get the best aroma. With the steam wand, you can top up the espresso with a thick foam layer. As soon as the machine needs to be descaled, you'll be notified. That's useful, as you don't have to keep track of it yourself. Note: it takes time and patience to learn how to make flavorful coffee with a piston machine, and it's a lot harder than with a fully automatic espresso machine.
