Which installation service do you need for your washing machine and dryer set?

In addition to the standard installation service, we also offer the following extra services for a fee:

• Placing dryer on your washing machine with a stacking kit.
• Connecting washing machine and dryer to a pull switch.

Don't forget to add the extra service to your order when you purchase your washing machine and dryer.

If you want to save space, you can place your dryer on your washing machine. Use a stacking kit to do this safely. When you buy your washing machine and dryer, you can choose to let Coolblue take care of this. The stacking kit ensures that your dryer is safely stacked on top of your washing machine thanks to the fastening strap. You can add this service to your order during purchase.

Do you have a pull switch at home and do you want to connect your washing machine and dryer to it? Let Coolblue take care of this. This is convenient if you want to place your washing machine and dryer set in your bathroom and already have a pull switch there. You can recognize a pull switch by the string that hangs from it. Add this service to your order during purchase. If you don't have a pull switch, don't add this service.

Prepare yourself before the delivery, so you can use your new washing machine and dryer right away.

• Make sure the drain hose is at least 15cm long. If this isn't the case, contact a plumber in time.
• Are you connecting the appliances to 1 drain? Buy a Y-shaped drain set with us.
• Check if you have enough room where you want to place the washing machine and dryer set.
• Check if the route to your laundry room is wide and high enough for the appliances.
• Disconnect your old washing machine and dryer and we'll take it with us.
• Didn't you choose an installation service? Put the appliances at the front door. We'll take them with us from here.
