You can your pans in a traditional way with fire on a gas stove. Most gas stoves are 60cm wide. If you have a small kitchen, choose a model of 50cm wide. If you want to cook extensively and you have a large kitchen, a 90cm stove suits you better. With a gas stove with wok burner, you get an extra powerful burner so you can quickly heat up a large pan. All gas stoves have flame protection. If the fire accidentally goes out due to overcooking, the gas supply automatically stops.
