Ceramic high-sided skillets
As opposed to a high-sided skillet with a normal non-stick coating, a ceramic high-sided skillet is scratch-resistant and resistant to high temperatures. That means you can safely bake ingredients on high heat or use metal tools. Because of the non-stick coating ,ingredients don't stick, you use less oil, and you can easily clean the pans.
