The Samsung Galaxy Book6 Edge OLED Copilot+ PC NP960XRD-KB1NL is a lightning-fast laptop with a colorful display. The touchscreen is handy, but I notice fingerprints appearing on the screen and casing more easily.

First impression What strikes me immediately is how thin the laptop is. The laptop is about 1 centimeter high when closed. It is also reasonably light for its larger size, weighing 1.5 kilograms. As a result, I feel comfortable taking the Book6 Edge with me. On the large 16-inch screen, I work in two windows side by side. I easily use split screen via Windows, which allows me to organize my windows quickly and logically. I also create multiple desktops. This helps me keep my work and other programs better separated. In File Explorer, I open multiple folders in tabs, allowing me to switch between my files quickly.

Colorful and fluid display The Book6 Edge has a WQXGA+ resolution, which is almost as sharp as a 2.8K screen. As a result, I see all details sharply on the screen, such as the feathers of a bird or the strings of a guitar. I see colors vividly on the Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen. Dark photos and videos also display well. Furthermore, I see all images appear smoothly on the screen thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate. Consequently, I don't miss a single detail in fast-moving videos.

Powerful processor and handy touchscreen With this laptop, I work with demanding programs without any problems. The Snapdragon X2 Elite processor is powerful, allowing me to easily do multiple things at the same time. Thanks to the NPU in the processor, the battery also lasts longer. Furthermore, this Samsung laptop has a touchscreen. This allows me to easily swipe away notifications or create sketches and designs. I do see fingerprints more easily on the glossy screen, though. Fortunately, I can easily wipe them away with a microfiber cloth.

Keyboard and connections The keyboard on this laptop types nicely. Thanks to the backlight, I can see the keys well even in the dark, so I can comfortably continue working on my photos and videos in the evening. The laptop has 2 USB-C ports, one USB-A port, one HDMI port, an audio jack, and a microSD card reader. This allows me to easily connect my accessories and connect the laptop to my monitor. I edit photos and videos that I shoot with my camera directly on the laptop.
