1. Select the products you need.
2. Click on the shopping cart. Your CoolblueCredit Business isn't processed yet. You can select it later.
3. Go through the steps.
4. Choose for 'Use CoolblueCredit Business' on the payment page and select the amount.
5. You don't have to pay. Unless the amount is higher than your remaining CoolblueCredit, or if you've chosen products which don't belong to your Home Office Store. You can choose a payment method for the remaining amount.

Check these 3 things:

1. Can you select CoolblueCredit Business on the payment page? You can select CoolblueCredit Business on the payment page. This is one of the steps when you're going to order. You can't see the credit in previous steps, such as your shopping cart.

2. Are all the products in your shopping cart Home Office Store products? You can only use CoolblueCredit Business for products in your Home Office Store. Other products are at your own expense. You can see whether a product is part of your Home Office Store on the product page.

3. Did you log in with your business email address? Log in with your business email address. This gives you access to the Home Office Store and allows you to pay with your CoolblueCredit Business.

Did you follow these steps but still can't pay with your CoolblueCredit Business? Contact our customer service.

Yes, you can. It's good to know that you can only use your Coolblue Credit for the products in the Home Office Store of your employer. If you want to buy something else, you'll have to pay for it yourself.

Yes. If you don't spend all of your CoolblueCredit Business, the rest of the credit will stay in your account. You can come back later to make your home office an extra bit better.

Within 5 working days after we've processed your cancellation or return. You can see how much credit you have on the homepage of your Home Office Store.
