At Coolblue, you pay online or in the store. 

Online
Online, you can pay with:

• iDEAL
• Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
• Apple Pay
• Coolblue gift cards
• VVV gift cards (exchange them first via the VVV gift card website)
• DE gift cards
• Or select "Pay in the store" when you're going to pick up your order in one of our stores.

In the store
In the store, you pay with:

• Your debit card
• Credit card (Visa of Mastercard)
• Cash (up to € 2999)
• Apple Pay
• Coolblue gift cards
• VVV gift cards (exchange them first via the VVV gift cards website)
• DE gift cards

You can't pay your order in installments or at your door in case of delivery.

No, you can't pay with Klarna, Riverty, or another provider of "afterwards payment". You can defer your payment by paying with your credit card. That's because it will be debited at a later time.

As soons as we've processed your cancellation or return, you'll get your money back within 3 working days via the same way you paid with. Sometimes, you'll receive your money in separate parts. This can happen because of a number of things:

• You've paid the amount or a part it with a gift card. You'll receive the amount as CoolblueCredit in your account.
• You've returned multiple products. Sometimes, one product is processed earlier than another product. That's why you receive the amount in multiple parts.
• Did you pay in cash and are you returning your product in the store? You'll receive a maximum of € 50 in cash. We'll transfer the rest of the amount to your account.

No, you can't pay in installments at Coolblue.

Yes, you can pay with cash up to € 2999 in our stores. Reserve a product online and choose 'Pay in store' or visit us to place your order.

Before you can use your VVV gift card at Coolblue, you need to convert it into a Coolblue gift card. Follow the steps on the VVV Cadeaukaarten website.

As soon as we've shipped your order, you can find your invoice in the email with your shipping confirmation as an attachment. You can also download your invoices in your order overview. Click on your order in My Coolblue. Make sure that you're logged in with the right account to view your invoices.

Did you just place the order? Wait until your order has been shipped. After that, you'll receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.

Do you have questions about your business invoice? Contact your account manager.

Sometimes, the email ends up in your spambox. If it's not in there, the email was delayed or your payment didn't go through. Check if money was deducted from your bank account or if there's a reserved amount on your credit card.  

• Was money deducted from your bank account? If it's busy, it's possible we'll send the confirmation later. We ask you to wait for an hour. Still haven't received a confirmation after this? Contact our customer service. 
• Was no money deducted? In that case, the payment failed. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving 2 orders.
