Yes, you can simply order your product online and choose to pick it up in the store on a specific day. We only let a limited number of customers in at the same time, so you may have to wait a while.


Yes, but we ask you to make contactless payments with debit or credit card as much as possible.

Yes, you can also drop off your product in one of our stores. We'll ensure that your product is repaired. In that case, you don't have to register your return in advance and don't have to print anything.

Good to know:

  • We'll do everything we can to solve the problem for you right away. Due to the safety measures, we can't look at the problem or explain the issue as easily.
  • We're currently unable to perform additional services, such as updating a navigation system.

Of course, you can always return your package via PostNL points that are open.

What if I want to exchange my product for a cheaper product?

We'll transfer the difference back to your account. It's not possible to get the amount in cash.

What if I want to exchange my product for a more expensive product?

You can pay the difference with a card, credit card, or smartphone.


We take the following security measures for you and our store employees:

  • Stay at least 1.5 meters away from others.

  • Keep in mind that you mind have to wait a while. We let a limited number of customers in at the same time.

  • Don't stay in the store longer than necessary. Your visit should have a purpose.

  • Follow the instructions of our store employees.

  • Are you sick or do you have a cold or fever? Please stay home. You can still place your order via our website, of course.

  • Our store employees work extra hygienically. They regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

Our employees in all of our stores wear face masks. We appreciate it if you choose to wear one as well, but it's not mandatory.

Safety when repairing your phone, tablet, or Apple accessory

Our repair service employees wear gloves and disinfect your phone before and after repair. You can't wait in the store, so you have to hand over your device and pick it up as soon as it's ready.
