Can I contact the stores?
No, you can't email or call the stores unfortunately. Can't find the answer to your question among the frequently asked questions? Our digital assistant is happy to help you. Can't it help you? The assistant will connect you to our customer service. They're ready for all your questions every day until 22:00. Of course, you're also always welcome in one of our stores.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
On the product page, you can see if a product is available for pickup in the store. In that case, it says 'Pick up in the store' on the page. Isn't the button there? We only deliver the product at home.

Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can pay with cash up to € 2999 in our stores. Reserve a product online and choose 'Pay in store' or visit us to place your order.
Can I return my product in the store?
Yes. If you register your return online first, you can drop it off in one of our stores.
Advantages of in-store returns:
- We can help you find a replacement product. We'll often have it in stock right away,
- If you have to send in your product for a repair, it's faster to do so via our store than via a package point.
