  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with an order confirmation with a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your order. Always keep an eye on this for the most up-to-date delivery information.
  • On the night before the delivery, you'll receive a 1-hour time slot before 05:00. We do our best to deliver your product within that time slot.
  • If our own delivery service is delivering your order, the delivery drivers will call you fifteen minutes before they arrive.

To deliver

Yes, you can choose the delivery time that suits you best. You have the following options:

  • __ Morning__: delivery between 07:30 and 12:00
  • __ Afternoon__: delivery between 12:00 and 17:00

These time slots cost money to reserve. The costs vary from € 9 to € 39, depending on the delivery day and the delivery time.

You can also choose free delivery if you select the whole day. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 17:00 on the day you chose.

Installation and mounting service

Yes, you can select the day that suits you best. We'll arrive between 07:30 and 18:00 on your chosen day to install and mount your TV.

  • As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email with a Track & Trace to track your order. Always keep an eye on this for the most current delivery information.
  • In the night before the delivery, you'll receive a 1-hour time slot via email before 05:00. We do our best to deliver your product within that time slot.
  • If our own delivery drivers are on their way, they'll call you 15 minutes before their arrival.

Yes, but only if the television is at least 43 inches or if you added the connection service. Is your old TV a lot bigger than the new one? The delivery driver may not be able to lift the TV on their own, which means they can't take it back. You don't have to register the television in advance.

  • Disconnect your old television.
  • If your old television is hanging on the wall, we ask you to remove it yourself.
  • Disinfect the old television.
  • Bring the television to your front door and we'll take it with us.

Yes. You can select the extra services for televisions on the page of the product you've chosen. For your safety and the safety of our installers, make sure you keep a distance of 1.5 meters during the delivery and installation of your new product. TV installation - € 49.99

  • We’ll install your TV during delivery.
  • We’ll unpack the TV and mount it to the base.
  • We’ll connect the product to a working TV signal and set up the channels.
  • We’ll connect the TV to WiFi and your peripherals, such as a DVD player or soundbar.
  • We’ll take your old product with us if you’d like.

Some televisions also include installation service for a soundbar, if you purchased one. This service costs € 39.99. You can find the service on the product page.

  • We’ll install your TV during delivery.
  • We’ll unpack the TV and hang it on the wall with a mount you bought at Coolblue.
  • We’ll connect the product to a working TV signal and set up the channels.
  • We’ll connect the TV to WiFi and your peripherals, such as a DVD player or soundbar.
  • We’ll take your old product with us if you’d like.

Some televisions also include installation and mounting service for a soundbar, if you purchased one. This service is available from € 79.99. You can find the service on the product page.

Check The delivery person can only hang and install your television for you if:

  • your wall is made of solid brick or solid concrete. We don't mount TVs on ceilings.
  • there is a working TV signal where the TV will be placed.
  • you have all the necessary cables (such as an HDMI cable) during the installation. Don't have all of them yet? Make sure to order the necessary cables.
  • the peripherals, such as a soundbar, already have cables near the TV.

That depends on the services you chose. You can find the exact preparation per service below. For your safety and the safety of our delivery drivers, we also have some extra guidelines for the installation.

Regular free service

  • We’ll put your new television next to the front door
  • We’ll take your old television with us if it’s next to the front door and has been disinfected

Installation service

  • Make sure you have a working television signal in the place you’re going to put the television.
  • Make sure you have all the necessary cables, such as an HDMI cable. Don't have them yet? Make sure to order them.
  • Make sure the peripherals, such as a soundbar, don't have to be pulled through the house with cables. The peripherals can only be installed near the television.

Installation and mounting service

  • This service is only possible if your wall is made of solid brick or solid concrete. We don't mount televisions on ceilings.
  • We’ll only mount the TV if you buy a wall mount as well. That way, we can be sure the TV fits on the mount.
  • Prepare for delivery in the same way as for the regular service.

We can't deliver to the Wadden Island ourselves, so we use island carriers. That's why delivery works a little different form the standard delivery indicated on our website.

Choose delivery day
When you place your order, you choose a delivery day. This is the day in which we hand your order over to the island carrier. The carrier will contact you to make a delivery appointment within 2 working days.

Installation service
Island carriers don't offer an installation services. That's why you can't order our installation service if you live on the Wadden Islands. Did you already order and pay for the service? Contact our customer service and we'll make sure your money is refunded.

Hand over old product
You can't hand over an old product like your old washing machine to the island carrier to have it recycled.
