Why is the payment status in My Coolblue incorrect?

Sometimes, it takes a little longer for our website to recognize that you've paid. It can take up to 1 hour before we receive payments. Check whether money has been debited from your account.

  • Has the money been debited, but haven't you received an order confirmation yet? We recommend that you wait for an hour. Didn't receive anything after an hour? We can help you the fastest via WhatsApp. Send us screenshot of your bank statement that shows the transaction number via WhatsApp to 06 26652583. We'll look up your payment and send you an order confirmation.
  • Has no money been debited? The payment wasn't successful. You can place your order again. We don't process orders without a successful payment, so you don't have to worry about receiving 2 orders.

Why can't I see my order in My Coolblue?

What if the money was transferred, but your order isn't visible in My Orders yet? No worries, we're processing your payment. Your order will be visible after that. This process can take up to one hour.

Was the money not transferred? In that case, the payment failed and you didn't lose any money. You can place your order again.

Where can I find my invoice?

As soon as we've shipped your order, you can find your invoice in the email with your shipping confirmation as an attachment. You can also download your invoices in your order overview. Click on your order in My Coolblue. Make sure that you're logged in with the right account to view your invoices.

Did you just place the order? Wait until your order has been shipped. After that, you'll receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.

How do I change my personal information?
