At Coolblue, you get a standard 2-year warranty. You can use a Backup Plan to extend this to cover the full insurance term. Warranty claims won't be covered by the Backup Plan until the third year.
Does the problem occur during the warranty period, or does it concern a manufacturing error? In those cases, repairs are free. We can also help if you caused the defect.
For free Does your screen of your laptop turn black even though it's always on the kitchen table? In that case, it's a manufacturing defect and repairs and shipping are completely free.
Costs Does your laptop display a black screen after you've spilled coffee on it? This is damage caused by usage. The costs are yours. Unfortunately, we can't indicate what the costs will be in advance. First, we have to examine your product, create a quote, and wait for your decision before we can start repairing your product.
A broken product is annoying enough as it is, so we like to fix it the best way possible. That's why we have different solutions for smaller and larger products, such as white goods.

We have 2 types of warranty:
Carry-in. We ask you to send us your broken product. After that, your product will be repaired by the repair service appointed by the supplier or manufacturer.
On-site service. In most cases, it's not necessary to send your washing machine. In the case of larger product, the repair service of the manufacturer will come by your house.
We offer at least a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects on all products. In case of normal use, your product should not break within the first 2 years. If this happens anyway, we'll repair or replace your product for free.
