What happens to my discount code if I cancel or return my order?
For an order with a discount code, you only receive the amount you actually paid back in case of a cancellation or return. The discount itself won't be paid back or reinstated as credit.
Example:
- Product price: € 100
- Discount code: 20% discount
- You pay: € 80
- In case of a full return, you receive € 80.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
If a discount code doesn't work, you receive a clear error on the website. For example, "discount code not valid". The notification on the website is guiding. You can check the following things yourself:
- Typo: check whether you filled out the code without spaces and with the right characters.
- Valid until: it's possible the promotion hasn't started yet or has ended already.
- Not valid for your product(s): many codes are only valid on a specific assortment or brand.
- Already used: some codes you can only be used once.
- Used the maximum amount of times: during some promotions, you can use the code a maximum amount of times. If that maximum is reached, you can't use the code anymore.
Can I use my discount code in the store?
No. Unfortunately, this isn't possible yet. Place your order via the website if you want to use your discount code.
How do I use my discount code while ordering?
You can fill out the discount code while ordering. On the payment page, you can clearly see where you can enter the code. After entering the code and confirming, you can see whether the discount has been applied and how much you still need to pay right away. A few tips:
- Fill out the code exactly the same as the one you received (without extra spaces).
- The code is only valid for the products and period that are in the promotional Terms and Conditions.
- You can't combine the discount code with all other kinds of discounts: this depends on the specific promotion.
