No, it's not technically possible to order a Second Chance product via our app. You can order a Second Chance product via the web browser of your mobile phone, though.


Unfortunately, we can't offer you the same promotions on Second Chance products as on new products.

The promotions below don't apply to Second Chance products:

  • Cashback promotions
  • Free products
  • Free vouchers

What you can expect from us:

  • Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow.
  • 30-day return period.
  • 2-year warranty.
  • You'll receive an invoice, including VAT, via email after you pay. Just like for normal products.
  • You can simply redeem Coolblue vouchers and gift cards when buying your Second Chance product.

A little bit different:

  • You can't get an extra insurance plan for your Second Chance product.
  • Cashback promotions and promotions that include free accessories don't apply to Second Chance products.
  • It's possible the Second Chance product was repaired by us or the manufacturer. If so, we'll clearly state this.
  • It's not possible to pick up your product in store or to reserve it.
  • We don't offer Second Chance products in our app yet.

Unfortunately, cashbacks don't apply to Second Chance products.


We try to give returned products a second chance as often as we can. This also benefits you. The returned products are checked and then sold as Second Chance products, with a nice discount. Good for you, good for us, and good for the environment.

Ordering a Second Chance product is almost the same as ordering a new product. Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow also applies here.

No, that's not possible. Like anyone clearing their attic, we want to get rid of these products as soon as possible, so we'll have room for new ones. You can select a delivery date of up to two weeks after ordering, so you can be sure you're home when the delivery driver visits. Unfortunately, we don't offer Second Chance products in our app yet.

Pickup in store Unfortunately, it's not possible to pick up your Second Chance product in store.


You can return your Second Chance product within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it. Did your product break after 30 days? We'll simply offer you the 2 year warranty that you're used to.

You can easily and quickly register your product via the online return form.
