Yes, you can also do this via the online return form. After your registration, we'll let you know exactly what the next steps are.


You can find out what type of warranty you have on the product page of your product, under "specifications". Does it say "On-site service"? We'll come pick up the product.

Go through the following steps:

  1. Register your return via the online return form.
  2. Prepare your product for the return trip:
  • Remove water or other liquids;
  • Disconnect the device from the power grid and disconnect any supply or drain hoses.
  1. Open the door for our delivery drivers and they'll pick up the product and send it to our warehouse. If the product has arrived, the replacement product will be sent to you or you'll receive a refund within 3 working days.

We usually collect large products such as white goods and kitchen appliances from your home.
