Return extra large products

How can I get my extra large product ready for return?
  1. Prepare your product for the return trip:
    • Remove water or other liquids;
    • Disconnect the appliance from the power grid and disconnect any supply or drain hoses.
  2. Open the door for our delivery drivers and they'll pick up the product and send it to our warehouse. When the product has arrived, the replacement product will be sent to you or you'll receive a refund within 3 working days.

Can I register extra large products, such as white goods and kitchen appliances, as a return online as well?

Yes. You can do that via the online return request form. After your registration, we'll let you know what the next steps are.

In most cases, we'll pick up white goods and kitchen appliances at home.

What do I have to do to return large products like white goods and kitchen appliances?

Check the product page of your product under 'Specifications' to see what type of warranty applies. Does it say 'At your home'? We'll pick up the product.

Go through the following steps:

  1. Register your return via the online return form.

  2. Prepare your product for the return trip:

Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. For example, we can change the time for the appointment on time or cancel it, so we won't be there unnecessarily. Very green!
