Exchange and return in our stores

Can I exchange my product in the store?

Yes, you can. Bring your product to one of our stores. Don't know which product you want to exchange it for? Our experts are happy to help you find a product that suits you better. You don't have to register your product via the website, but it's a good idea to keep your order number ready.

Already know which product you want to exchange it for?

  1. Order your new product to reserve it.
  2. Indicate that you want to pick up your product in the store when you complete your order. That way, you won't have to pay yet.
  3. In most cases, you'll be able to pick up your new product the same day or the next day. We'll let you know as soon as your new product is ready in the store.

What if I want to exchange my product for a cheaper product? We'll deposit the difference back in your account. You can only get a cash refund if you paid in cash. We'll refund up to € 50 in cash.

What if I want to exchange my product for a more expensive product? You can pay the difference.

Can I return my product in the store?

Yes, you can drop off your product in one of our stores. You don't have to register your return in advance and you don't have to print anything. In the case of a defect, we'll first try to find a solution ourselves. If that doesn't work, we'll send your product to be repaired.

Good to know: Did you pay in cash? When you return a product in our stores, we'll refund up to € 50 in cash. Is the amount over € 50 or did you not pay in cash? We'll refund the amount to your account.

Can I pick up my repaired product in the store?

Yes, you can. We'll send you an email when your product is repaired and ready for pickup.
